About Us

In case you were wondering MACOL is a simple anagram of the business’ core service – ‘Control And Management Of Legionella’. MACOL Consulting was first registered in 2010 and has since been making a steady climb towards prominence in the water hygiene consultancy industry. Based in North Worcestershire we have excellent transport links are very well equipped to service contracts across the whole of the UK and beyond.

With an excess of 15 years microbiology and Legionella consultancy experience we are in a position to offer market leading excellence in Legionella risk assessment, training (both BOHS accredited and awareness), sampling and consultancy. MACOL Consulting does not offer any remedial solutions directly but can arrange and manage any remedial actions on your behalf in order to ensure works are being undertaken correctly, safely and in line with the relevant guidance/British Standards.

Each piece of work undertook be it a Legionella risk assessment or training session is tailored to your specific needs, nothing we produce is ‘off the shelf’ and as such you can have total reliability in receiving consultancy which is worthwhile. In addition to this; once you’re a MACOL client you get a consultant for life…any questions/problems with regards to Legionella control or beyond and you can feel free to contact us at any time and we will aim to resolve these issues often free of charge.
